All of our products are custom-made using the photo and text you provide. As such, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production begins- unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error.
2. Image Use & Rights
You confirm that you own the rights to any photo or content you upload, and that you give us permission to use it solely for the purpose of creating your custom crystal.
3. Order Accuracy
Please review your uploaded photo(s), spelling, and selected options carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for mistakes in submitted content.
4. Production Time
Production typically takes 1 business day. During peak seasons or for complex orders, it may take slightly longer. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.
5. Shipping
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will promptly send a free replacement.
7. Privacy & Data Security
All customer data and uploaded images are encrypted and stored securely. We delete your photos after your order is fulfilled. We do not sell or share your data.
